The knowledge check system is used to evaluate adviser and team knowledge. The system has multiple-choice tests for each skill set within the call centre. Each adviser takes the tests relating to their skills and the results are then complied together to generate a set of detail reports. These reports can show areas of strength and weakness and recommend training.
